Does every Guild Governor give higher Chance at any lvl, and this Governor give higher chance at a certain lvl?
Or does your the Governor only give higher chance if your guild owns the land AND got that certain lvl?

u need to own that particular land to talk to land governor..

i though governor give guild bonus and elder the bonus mentioned above

20 mirage only is quite good for +3 ...
i try +3 2 times with fortune stone, both time waste mirage + fortune stone no success at guild governor -.-
